About Tanya

Health coach, nutritionist, naturopath, personal trainer.

Tanya Young has been a fitness instructor for 20 years providing bespoke training on a one to one basis for clients and also in group classes. She is also qualified in remedial massage and reflexology.

Tanya is qualified in many disciplines of exercises but she now focuses mostly on Pilates, health, wellness & nutrition and menopause programmes.

Tanya has been recommending healthy eating plans/foods to her clients over the years but wanted to find out more, dig deeper into nutrition and lifestyle, so she studied and graduated as a Nutritional Therapist in 2016 from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

1 Week Fitness and Nutrition Course

I found the Weights for Beginners one week programme very motivational and enjoyable. The short exercise videos and talks each day were easy to fit in around my normal routine and I also enjoyed the zoom fitness sessions. Tanya kept in constant contact with the group and gave useful advice on developing our fitness and nutrition for weight training and the support from others in the group was also very helpful.

I completed the Beginners Pilates and loved it so much I signed up for the Beginners Weights. Tanya is a brilliant teacher, her encouragement and accountability is just what you need.
