Tanya provides bespoke training that understands what each client is capable of, how far they can be challenged, what goals are realistic and what goals should be strived for. Tanya can train you in person (or one to one) or online and in the past Tanya has worked with a wide range of people to assist them to reach their goals, working with children, teenagers, mums and dads, old or infirm, amateur athletes and professional sports people.

The personal training plans are designed for all types and there is no level of fitness, or lack of fitness that Tanya has not worked with. The key to Tanya Young’s personal training plans are that they are designed around your needs, understanding your levels of fitness, and designing goals around your abilities.
