Description
The course is an introduction to Pilates and works on correcting posture and strengthening core muscles. Pilates has been proven to help alleviate back pain and other muscular problems. This course is specially designed for people who have never done Pilates before. There is a very strong focus on technique and establishing good form of the basic exercises.
Each week you will gain access to the following on the Facebook Group:
- Technique handouts
- Tutorial videos with new exercises introduced each week (16 in total)
- A weekly pilates workout video to follow along with and implement each of the exercises
- Ongoing support via Facebook group
