Place the nuts into a food processor and blend until they become fine. Add in the remaining ingredients and blitz them until soft and sticky. Try adding a spoonful or two of water if the mixture seems too thick. Using clean hands, shape the mixture into balls. Chill for at least an hour before eating. They can also be frozen.
