TY Fitness’s new class ‘Walk-Fit’ take places in St Patrick’s Hall, Portrush on Saturday mornings 10.30 to 11.15am. In each class we will do between 5,000 – 6,000 steps, walk 3 miles and burn an average of 450 calories.
So why not put a little spring in your step, improve your fitness and activity levels and have fun at the same time!
