This 14-day course will help you understand what is happening to your mind and body during menopause.  We will cover the cause and symptoms of the peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopauses phases and build resilience for each stage of the change.

My goal is to arm you with all the latest information and research so that you can make an informed choice about your own health and what is right for your body.

Description

Menopause is a natural part of ageing that usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age.  In the UK, the average age for a woman to reach menopause is 51. But around 1 in 100 women experience menopause before 40 years of age.

Are you ready for the menopause?
Maybe you are experiencing symptoms already?

There are many menopause myths out there that have left women confused about this unique phase of life.  There is also a lot of decisions being made about treatments based on outdated research.  I’ve gone through tonnes of research and carried out some of my own to help me understand it all better.  It is complicated, and it can be overwhelming because there is lots of information out there.

I’ve developed an informative and action-based 14-day course to help women understand what is happening to their bodies (and minds) during menopause.  Understanding the cause and symptoms can help women prepare for peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopauses phases and build resilience for each stage of the change.

I believe that the combination of a healthy diet, fitness, nutritional support, self-care and, in some cases, medical treatment can significantly help lessen some of the symptoms of menopause and help women thrive in the prime of their life.

What does the course involve?

Each day I will provide a short but informative talk on the menopause.  I’ll be covering topics such as symptoms, weight gain, bone health, managing stress, skin health, hormones, brain health, diet, supplements and of course, HRT.  I’ll also be sharing recipes and a daily workout.

At the end of the course, you will receive an information pack to use as a guide to reflect on from time to time.  It will contain the major elements of the course, recipes and links to all the resources I cover in the programme.

The course also involves you committing in full to the 14 days.  That means scheduling around 1hr a day to listen to the talk, do a short workout and do some ‘homework’ to help you get the most out of the programme.  You’ll also need to set aside some time in the kitchen to prepare and devour some delicious meals.   The course will be delivered via a private Facebook group so that you can share and learn in the comfort of other women going through similar experiences.

The course costs £39 and I’m currently taking registrations.
