This is a 45 minute fun low impact workout which is suitable for everyone.  30 minutes of cardio followed by 10 minutes of core work, finishing off with 5 minutes of stretching.

Sunday at 10am via Zoom.

Once you have paid for the class, I will text or email you with the meeting ID and password for the Zoom meeting an hour before the class on Sunday.
