BUSY WEEK AHEAD?
Get prepped on the weekend and save staggering amounts of time during the week.
Why meal prep?
Apart from the amazing benefit of time saving, with one Sunday cooking session you will be able to use the same ingredients for several different dishes, which also means less food waste.
Meal prepping on the Sunday means you will be preparing your weeknight meals. Spending just a few hours in the kitchen on the Sunday will allow you to prep food for at least 4 days.
I suggest you go shopping on the Saturday and start cooking early on the Sunday, which will give you loads of time to also relax on the Sunday afternoon.
Sunday prep will mean that during the week the only time you spend in the kitchen is the time required to heat your food. This means you will have more time to spend with your family, relax after work and do the things you like.
What’s included in the book?
A shopping list, cooking timeline (tells you exactly what order to cook the ingredients and for how long)
A nutritional break down of how many Kcals, carbs, fats and protein per serving.
