Not too sure what chair aerobics is? Chair Aerobics is a functional aerobic workout that is done using a chair to either sit or use for balance!
This class is designed to be a challenging workout for everyone that will increase your heart rate, burn calories, and build strength. All exercises are knee friendly, joint friendly, pelvic floor safe and ideal for class members coming back to class after illness, injury, surgery, new to fitness, and older adults.
This a 5 week course. The class will start at 10am – 10.45 in Bethany Hall Limavady.
