In this 4 week programme you will gain access to a daily 20 minute workout, 40 fantastic recipes that only require 5 ingredients, 2 meals plans with shopping lists, accountability and support and if you want to boost your activity levels there is a 10,000 daily step challenge (via Fitbit).  Use this programme as an opportunity to reset your eating and exercise habits for the better – for life!

Why do this programme?
Perhaps you have gained a few pounds over previous lockdowns or Christmas?  Perhaps you are fed up carrying around extra weight and want 2021 to be the year you achieve your goals.  Perhaps you want to increase your fitness levels in the safety of your own home?  This 4 week programme is a great way to start the year and for only £2.10 a day its great value.

What’s involved?
To get the best results I need your commitment to show up every day to our on-line class.  Some classes are delivered live but are always recorded so you can catch up on replay later in the day.  All the workouts will stay in the group so you can even repeat them if you want a longer session.  Each workout lasts 20 mins to make them accessible and very do-able no matter what your schedule.  The workouts need little space or equipment – so no excuses really! We’ll be doing a variety of workouts such as pilates, tabata, aerobics, toning, isometric, etc to increase your fitness level as well as strengthen and tone your body.

This programme also includes a nutrition element because we need to undertake fitness alongside a healthy diet for the best results.  I have included in this programme 40 healthy recipes for you to enjoy – check out some of the dishes in the image gallery.    Each recipe only requires 5 ingredients and has step by step instructions so they are quick and easy to make.  All the recipes in the pack have a MyFitnessPal barcode that you can scan and update your food intake log instantly.  Each recipe has detailed calorie and macronutrient profiles.  There are also 2 suggested meal plans and shopping lists to help you get organised.

When does it start?
We start our 4 week journey on Monday 4th January 2021 and complete on 31st January.  Don’t worry if you miss a day.  The group will stay open with all the workouts and resources until Friday 5th February if you need to catch up.

Where?
You will complete all the workouts in the comfort and safety of your own home.  For those taking part in the 10,000 step challenge, I encourage you to do these in your local area and in line with current government restrictions.  All the workouts and resources are available within a private Facebook group. Once you sign up you will receive a link to join the group.
