Description

Over the festive period I will be running a short 3 week Pilates course online.  There will be 3 LIVE classes (via zoom) on 16^th, 23^rd and 30^th December at 7pm.  Don’t worry if you can’t make it live, you can also follow the recording later.  There will be short pre-recorded workouts as well for you to follow along at home on Mondays and Fridays.
