This is a 45 minute class performing exercises on specific muscle groups to tone and firm those stubborn areas! To make this workout so effective we include strength training using dumbbells or body weight to tone and firm the entire body. This is is just one class which you can pay for every week via this website.
Once you have paid for the class, Tanya will text or email you with the meeting ID and password for the Zoom meeting an hour before the class on Thursday.
