I’m shrinking! On the first week of the 90 day programme I’ve lost 5lb. I also really enjoyed following the recipes and cooking from scratch. Before I started this programme, I’d easily have eaten 2 chocolate bars a day and at the weekend tucked into a family size bag of crisps all by myself + bottle of wine and anything else that was put in front of me. I’ve learned to say no. I’ve also started exercising, something I haven’t done in a very long time. That will take a bit of getting used to but I do feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish one of Tanya’s workout.
