I’m shrinking! On the first week of the 90 day programme I’ve lost 5lb. I also really enjoyed following the recipes and cooking from scratch. Before I started this programme, I’d easily have eaten 2 chocolate bars a day and at the weekend tucked into a family size bag of crisps all by myself + bottle of wine and anything else that was put in front of me. I’ve learned to say no. I’ve also started exercising, something I haven’t done in a very long time. That will take a bit of getting used to but I do feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish one of Tanya’s workout.

90 Day Women’s Health Programme Timetables

The 90 day programme started on 14th Sept but you can still join and get access to all the resources and workout.  It ends just before Christmas so you can end the year feeling and looking fabulous!
