  • Week 1: Tuesday 6th October 7.00-7.55pm
  • Week 2: Monday 13th October 7.00-7.55pm
  • Week 3: Monday 20th October 7.00-7.55pm
  • Week 4: Monday 27th October 7.00-7.55pm

Please bring your own pilates mat (and cushion) to the class.  Only those who have registered and paid can be admitted into the Lurach Centre for health and safety reasons. You must enter and exit through the front door.  For your own peace of mind you may wish to wear a mask and download the Stop COVIDNI app to your phone.  Antibacterial gel will be available for you to use when you enter and exit the building.  If you have any COVID symptoms please contact me and do not come to this class.
