The classes consist of a mixture of cardio, fat burning, toning and strength (with an emphasis on core strengthening).
The classes are inside a hall so no need to worry about the weather.
Classes are suitable for children from 6 weeks to 4 years. You don’t need to bring anything with you, you don’t even need a buggy if you don’t have one. Just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
Tanya will check your Diastasis Recti / Abdominal Separation to ensure your tummy muscles have come back properly after birth. She will advise you of the appropraite exercise to help you correct this if need be.

Tanya has 2 children herself and has been teaching classes and personal training for almost 20 years. She is pre and post natal trained and qualified in Pilates, Children’s fitness, Zumba, suspension training, Kelletbells, circuits, aerobics, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, Spin and much more.
