At TY Fitness we have a number of highly professional and certified instructors. Our aim is to give you the best fitness session possible.

Tanya Young (Owner)
Spin (Johnny G), Vibe Cycle, Indoor cycling, exercise to music, gym instructor, Pilates, Pump fx, Blast fx, Kettle bells, children’s fitness, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, circuit training, fit ball, personal trainer, Zumba.
Addtional qualifications – remedial massage, advanced reflexology, A1 assessors award.

Cathy Murphy
Spin and exercise to music.

Claire Robinson
Spin, Vibe cycle, exercise to music, kettle bell and Pump fx.

Sheelagh Hunter
Spin, gym instructor, kettle bell, Pump fx and blast fx.

Andy Chapman
Spin, gym instructor, Pump fx and Kettlebell. Expert Rating Sports and Nutrition Certification and Personal Trainer Certification.
