Boot Camp

Are you lacking in motivation? Need to be weighed each week and body fat measured to keep you on track? Then this is the class for you. The bootcamp class is a mix of cardio and strength training. You will burn calories, tone muscle therefore decreasing body fat, increasing muscle tone and improve cardiovascular fitness and strength.

They are designed to be different all the time and challenge your fitness level, pushing you hard every time! You will keep a food and exercise diary so Tanya can monitor everything you do. If weight loss is your goal you will be weighed each week and measurements, body fat & BMI done at the beginning and end of the bootcamp.

Kettlebells

Use kettlebells to work your muscles in every way possible. This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest.

15/15/15

Our 15/15/15 fitness classes are a way to do 3 different workouts in 45 minutes. We will spend 15 minutes doing cardio/endurance, 15 minutes strength training, 15 minutes core. Just when you feel like your body is going to give up, the 15 minutes will be over and it will be time to move on to the next section!

Heart rate spin class

This is a spin class were everyone wears a heart rate monitor and each person's heart rate is displayed on the projector screen on the wall. Tanya will direct you when to increase and decrease your heart rate.

Core Conditioning

We incorporate Pilates techniques to improve on core strength, mobility and flexibility using pilates magic circles, resistance bands and body weight.

H.I.I.T

HIIT stand for ‘High Intensity Interval Training' which has been proven to be the best and most effective way to train. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Circuits

Using body pump equipment, kettlebells, body weight, resistance bands, gliders, vipers etc you will burn massive calories and sculpt lean muscle throughout the shoulders, arms, chest, legs, abs, back, obliques, shape your thighs and lift your bum! Using weight is said to be the best way to shift stubborn body fat.

Studio Cycling

This is a 45 minute high energy class done on stationery bikes. You can make it as hard or easy as you want since you control the tension on your bike. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. You are kept motivated by the instructor, the music, the lights and the people around you.

Tae-bo

Tae-bo is probably the best and fastest way to lose weight. It is intense cardio and works every part of your body, it burns a lot more calories per hour than most of the other cardio workouts. It combines cardio and strength training because so many of the moves use your own body as resistance. It's good fun and the quickest 45 minutes ever!!

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness routine influenced by Latin dance. It is FUN, energetic and you will burn an average 500 calories in just one class! This is serious body sculpting for party animals!

Studio Cycling & Abs

30 minutes of high energy Studio Cycling followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercise to flatten, tone and define your 6 pack area!

Boxercise

Boxercise is a a high-energy and fun workout using boxing gloves and pads.

Boxercise will burn fat and tone you up! The classes are great for all-over fitness, but particularly good for the arms and upper body. We add training techniques such as skipping, shuttle runs, press-ups and sit-ups. We will have you lean and mean in no time!

Classes are 45 minutes long. You do a lot of it in pairs but don't worry you don't need to bring a partner, just bring yourself and plenty of energy!

Beginners Pilates

Works on correcting posture and strengthening core muscles. Pilates has been proven to help elevate back pain and other muscular problems. This class is specially designed for people who have never done Pilates before.
